Cancellation Policy

Click Ads is a digital rewards platform where users earn money by watching advertisements. Since our services are provided instantly and digitally, cancellation requests are handled as follows:

1. Account Cancellation

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

Upon cancellation:

  • Access to the account will be permanently disabled.
  • Unused wallet balance may be forfeited if found to be associated with policy violations.
  • Personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to legal obligations.

2. Withdrawal Cancellation

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and is under processing, it may not be possible to cancel the request.

If the payment fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to your Click Ads wallet after verification.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Currently, Click Ads does not charge users any subscription fees. If premium features are introduced in the future, users will be able to cancel those services according to the terms applicable at that time.

4. Termination by Click Ads

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if users are found to be:

  • Engaging in fraudulent activity.
  • Using multiple accounts.
  • Violating platform policies.
  • Manipulating ad views or rewards.
